1. What to do if I have still not received the order?
Your first step is to track the parcel on the relevant courier's website with the consignment number we have provided you with.  For deliveries by courier, check with neighbours.  For deliveries by post, check at your local post office. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date your order was despatched, before contacting us, in case it has been delayed. Please send us an email to

2. What are the charges for delivery?
Delivery is free of charge for orders with a net total greater than £75 GBP to Great Britain (excluding Channel Islands), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  The charges we make for delivery depend on total weight, size and destination, calculated at checkout. We always, as a point of principle, will use the most cost effective, time efficient, quality delivery service, so that any order placed with us reaches you in good time and as you would expect to receive it. Both standard delivery and next day delivery are available to the UK and Ireland, while transit times to Europe and Worldwide do vary. 3. Do you send overseas?
We are a Worldwide ADMIRALTY Chart Agent, which means we are able to ship any order to most locations across the globe. We utilise various courier services to provide the most time efficient, cost effective and quality delivery service depending on size and weight, so that any order placed with us reaches you in good time. We will be able to give you a quote and help arrange a delivery for an appropriate date for you should this ever need to be arranged.

4. Is your site secure?
Yes.  Our site uses enhanced industry encryption when processing orders. Extended Validation (EV) is the highest class of SSL available. Payments are entirely processed by Realex Payments, a division of Global Payments Inc. Realex is one of Europe’s leading providers of ecommerce payment solutions. We do not hold customer's credit card details.

5. Is VAT included in your prices? 
In the United Kingdom, VAT is not charged on paper charts and most books (log books excepted).  Prices shown on our site are not inclusive of VAT, if applicable (this is clearly shown). You will be charged on VAT depending on what country you're buying from.
