Delivery zones, couriers and transit times

Free delivery on orders costing £75.00 GBP or more applies to: Great Britain (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands), Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and only applies to orders placed through our online shop.

We here at Todd Navigation will always endeavour to dispatch your order via the most time efficient, cost effective and quality delivery service available depending on it's size and weight when an order qualifies for free delivery.


Collect in Store: Customers that have the ability to visit our shop at 85 High Street, Bangor, Co. Down, BT20 5BD, can use the 'collect in store' option at checkout when placing an online order with us for convenience to avoid any dispatch charge. We will simply notify you that your order has been processed and is ready for collection, mainly via email, upon which time you can call into the store to personally collect the order at your earliest convenience during our usual working hours.

Ireland: Express Courier Service - Next working day from the date of dispatch.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail or Express Courier Service - Standard post is usually 2-3 days, but not always guaranteed, from the date of dispatch, while Royal Mail Special Delivery is next day delivery guaranteed, excluding Sundays, from the date of dispatch. Express Courier Service is next working day delivery guaranteed from the date of dispatch.

For certain regions of the UK, you may pay a dispatch charge based on the deliver options available to you, or you may qualify for free postage if your order is £75 or over, but if your dispatch is to a remote area, you may later incur a remote area surcharge when we book it onto our Royal Mail or Express Courier account, as this is something that happens after you have successfully placed your online order with us and your order has been processed. Should this happen, we will contact you to advise you of this, as it is the customers responsibility to cover the entire cost of dispatch, please note that this most commonly only occurs with dispatches via courier.

Isle of Man: Royal Mail - Standard post is usually 2-3 days, but not always guaranteed, from the date of dispatch, while Royal Mail Special Delivery is next day delivery guaranteed, excluding Sundays, from the date of dispatch.

Channel Islands:  Royal Mail - Standard post is usually 3-4 days, but not always guaranteed, from the date of dispatch, while Royal Mail Special Delivery is next day delivery guaranteed, excluding Sundays, from the date of dispatch to Guernsey, but not guaranteed for Jersey.

Next Day delivery: Customers within the United Kingdom have the option at checkout to pay extra to have their order delivered to UK destinations the next day (Monday to Saturday inclusive for RMSD and Monday to Friday inclusive for Express Courier), but orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday to avail of this service.  Delivery is not possible on Sundays, Bank and National holidays.

Europe: Economy Courier or Express Courier - Delivery via Economy Courier despite being cheaper is usually 5-7 days transit time, while Express Courier is slightly more expensive, but transit time is usually 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.

Worldwide: Express Courier - Transit times will vary depending on where in the World an order is being delivered to, but in the main it is usually anywhere between 2-5 days.

A minimum order value of £5.00 (excluding tax & delivery) is in place. Please note that you must order above that level otherwise your order cannot be fulfilled.

If all of the goods you ordered are available at time of order, dispatch will usually be made within 1 working day. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the complete order within 7 working days. We do not, as a general rule, tend to ship part orders, but we will do if it is deemed necessary.

DHL is our courier of choice for deliveries within the United Kingdom.  We use UPS for courier deliveries within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and delivery is usually during the next working day.

The courier we use for deliveries to European and Worldwide countries is either DHL or UPS. Transit time can be between 1 and 7 working days, and this is based on the destination it is going to, as well as the courier option available to you and what is chosen, either economy or express.

A signature may be required by the courier upon receipt of delivery.

You will be provided with a dispatch details notification via email when your order has been processed and shipped. Should there be a delay in dispatch we will also notify you. You will be advised of the expected delivery date. If a product is no longer available you will be informed accordingly.

If goods are received damaged or faulty please retain the product and packaging and contact us within 14 working days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded, please see our returns page for more information.
