DELIVERY ZONES, COURIERS AND TRANSIT TIMES

Free delivery on orders costing £75.00 GBP or more applies to: Great Britain (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands), Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and only applies to orders placed through our online shop.

We here at Todd Navigation will always endeavour to dispatch your order via the most time efficient, cost effective and quality delivery service available depending on it's size and weight.

DELIVERY SERVICES: 

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: Royal Mail / Nightline - Next working day

Collect in Store: Customers placing an order with us who enter a delivery address in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland during the checkout phase, will have the additional option to 'collect in store' should you wish to avoid any dispatch charge by calling into the store to personally collect your order.

UK Mainland: 0 to 2Kg - Royal Mail - 1 to 2 days  /  2 to 30Kg - Courier Service - 1 to 2 days. 

Scottish Highands & Islands: 0 to 2Kg - Royal Mail - 1 to 2 days  /  2 to 30Kg - Courier Service - 1 to 2 days.

Upon checkout you may pay a standard dispatch charge, or you may qualify for free postage, however if your dispatch is to a remote area, you may incur a remote area surcharge when we book it onto our system. Should this happen, we will contact you to advise you of this, as it is the customers responsibility to cover the entire cost of dispatch, please note that this will mainly only occur with dispatches via courier.

Guernsey & Jersey: 0 to 2Kg - Royal Mail - 1 to 3 days  /  2 to 30Kg - Courier Service - 1 to 3 days.

Isle of Man: 0 to 2Kg - Royal Mail - 1 to 2 days  /  2 to 30 Kg - Courier Service - 1 to 2 days.

Next Day delivery: Customers within Great Britain, including the Highlands and Islands, have the option at checkout to pay extra to have their order delivered to UK destinations the next working day (Monday to Friday inclusive), but orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Friday to avail of this service. If you want to place an order on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday, please telephone us on +44 (0) 28 9146 6640.  Delivery is not possible on Sundays, Bank and National holidays.

Europe: 0 to 30Kg - Courier Service - 1 to 5 days.

Worldwide: 0 to 30Kg - Courier Service - Transit times will vary depending on where in the World an order is being delivered to i.e. USA, Canada, Brazil, China, Malaysia is 1 to 2 working days, Australia, New Zealand is 2 to 3 working days.

A minimum order value of £5.00 (excluding tax & delivery) is in place. Please note that you must order above that level otherwise your order cannot be fulfilled.

 If all of the goods you ordered are available at time of order, despatch will usually be made within 1 working day. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to despatch the complete order within 7 working days. We do not, as a general rule, ship part orders.

DHL is our courier of choice for deliveries within GB mainland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Delivery is usually within 1 working day and may occur on a Saturday.  We use Nightline for deliveries within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and delivery is usually during the next working day.

The courier we use for deliveries to most European countries is either DHL or Parcelforce Euro Priority, also known as GLS. Transit time can be between 1 and 5 working days, and this is based on the destination it is going to, as well as the size and weight of the order.  If your order is extremely urgent, please contact us for a quotation for the fastest delivery service we can offer regardless of the destination, size and weight.

A signature may be required by most courier companies.

Should there be a delay in dispatch we will notify you. You will be advised of the expected delivery date. If a product is no longer available you will be informed accordingly.

If goods are received damaged or faulty please retain the product and packaging and contact us within 2 working days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded.

In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date your order was despatched, before contacting us, in case it has been delayed.
