Like many UK based businesses, we use Royal Mail for alot of our dispatches to other locations within the UK, including the Highlands and Islands, and it has been well publicised the industrial strike action that they have been carrying out lately, which has severely affected the delivery times of both letters and parcels.

These badly affected delivery times will remain in place for the rest of the month of December and well into the new year, however, Royal Mail have still issued cut off dates for their various services for gauranteed delivery before Christmas Day and they are as follows:

Monday 12th December - 2nd Class, 2nd Class Signed For & Royal Mail 48

Friday 16th December - 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For, Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail Tracked 48

Monday 19th December - Royal Mail Tracked 24

Wednesday 21st December - Special Delivery Guaranteed 

If, like alot of people, you are unsure in wanting to use Royal Mail services at present, you can choose to have your order dispatched via courier. Orders placed to a UK delivery address will be dispatched via DHL. The cut off date for gauranteed delivery before Christmas Day for this service is Thursday 22nd December. 

Customers placing orders to an address in the Republic of Ireland, these orders will be dispatched via UPS. The cut off date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day for this service is also Thursday 22nd December.

Orders placed going to an address in Europe or the rest of the World, we use various couriers depending on the exact location based on price and quality of service, but cut off times for gauranteed Christmas delivery vary from country to country, so it is best to contact us directly using the contact page to find out exactly if we can get your order to you on time.
