Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. However, you must bear the costs of returning the goods to us (we strongly advise you to insure the return shipmentand use registered post or a courier service). A refund will be given immediately we receive the goods back in good condition.

SOFTWARE AND ELECTRONIC CHARTS - We can only accept these back if the outer cellophane wrapping is unopened, or licence seal unbroken, or the charts/software are faulty.

Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within five working days
