Todd Chart Agency respects your right to the privacy of the personal information you provide us on our Web sites. Traffic data

Your e-mail address will not be shared with anyone and no-one except Todd Chart Agency will be able to contact you.

Our newsletter registration and confirmation pages may also contain other offers to receive messages from specific advertisers or other third parties. If you choose to opt in to receive such messages, your e-mail address will be shared with those specific advertisers or third parties, and Todd Chart Agency will have no control over the messages that you receive from them.

"E-mail to a friend" Feature

Todd Chart Agency offers an "e-mail a friend about this page" feature, allowing site visitors to send e-mail to friends to inform them about a page they might be interested in. In order for this feature to function, we ask for e-mail addresses for the recipient (so we know who to mail the message to) and from the sender (so we can tell the recipient who sent the e-mail). We do not store or save these addresses and you will not receive e-mail or other communications from Todd Chart Agency or its partners as a result of having used this feature.

"E-mail a friend about this story" is a mail service that individual visitors to Todd Chart Agency make use of to send individual e-mails. While this tool cannot be used to send mass "spam" mailings, Todd Chart Agency has no control over how our visitors use it, and any e-mail sent through it originates with, and is the responsibility of, the sender, not Todd Chart Agency.

Promotion

From time to time, Todd Chart Agency may utilise promotions which require the collection, processing and storage of individual contact and demographic information (e.g., your age and state of residence) to be used for the event. Todd Chart Agency may also co-sponsor these events along with other companies, in which case the user's individual contact and demographic information is likely to be shared with other participating sponsors, who may use this information as they wish. A registrant's personal contact and demographic information will not be released to any third-party organization other than named sponsors without the user's consent, and Todd Chart Agency will request that such named sponsors uphold the privacy of the registrants' information by not distributing or sharing such information with any other businesses or organizations.

Todd Chart Agency will from time to time conduct voluntary surveys of visitors to the site to obtain aggregate demographic information about them. Our commitment to children's privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is important to us. For that reason, we do not collect or maintain information at our Web sites from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
