Gift Vouchers
Terms and Conditions
- Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire one year from
the date of issuance.
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed through the Todd Chart Agency
web site, http://www.toddchart.com toward the purchase of products
listed in the Todd Chart Agency
catalogue.
- You must have a valid email address to purchase and redeem a Gift Voucher.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
- Promotional
offers, coupons and discounts may not be applied toward the purchase of
a Gift Voucher.
- The total value of the Gift Voucher will be applied against
the total order amount excluding sales tax.
- If your order exceeds the amount
of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit/debit
card, cheque or via PayPal.
- The original expiration date will apply to any
unused balance.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable
for cash.
- No VAT (sales tax) is charged when buying a Gift Voucher; however,
purchases paid for with a Gift Voucher will be charged
applicable VAT.
Gift Vouchers and their use on the Todd Chart Agency web
site are subject to Todd Chart Agency's general Terms and
Conditions, and
Privacy Notice.
- Todd Chart Agency is not responsible
for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
- Todd Chart Agency will have the right
to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if
a fraudulently
obtained
Gift
Voucher is redeemed
- Todd Chart Agency reserves the right to change these rules and
regulations from time to time at its discretion and
without notification.
- Gift Vouchers are issued and sold by Todd Chart Agency. The risk of loss
and title for Gift Vouchers pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission
to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
